RETURN POLICY
As all of our items are delivered electronically, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds once the license keys or services have been delivered. We realize this may seem like a harsh policy to those unfamiliar with ordering electronically, but there are several reasons for it:
- Most of the vendors we purchase from do not allow returns or refunds, so we’re unable to pass them along to our customers.
- The nature of electronic delivery is such that once a license key has been sent or service delivered, there is no way to revoke it. Therefore, in many instances, a customer could continue to use the product even if a refund was issued.
- Demos can be made available so that customers can try or preview software or services prior to purchase.
We apologize for being unable to offer refunds on the products that we sell, but trust that the explanation given is sufficient. Please contact us if you have any further questions.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed and products are delivered within 24 hours of the purchase approval. If there is a delay for any reason you will be notified via E-Mail or telephone within one business day.
