In 2000 Scott Carter founded United Networks, a company which provided IT services for clients in southeastern Virginia. The first business license was acquired at the temporary city hall in Franklin, VA as Hurricane Floyd and the subsequent flood had wiped out the previous location. Since then the company has moved to Norfolk and our focus has shifted from IT to website development. Today, United Networks services a diverse set of clients all over the world. Some of our service offerings include website development, e-commerce, search engine optimization, Google AdWords, and G Suite.
